On a whim, I wandered into a salon near my house and had them weed whack it back to chin length today. I look like me again, instead of some random person who doesn't cut anything but her bangs (badly) for religous reasons. Anyhow, I gave Reed a good 6 inch lock to prove that just once I had really long hair. It will almost certainly never happen again.
In other complete triviality, I just spent far too much on a wonderful wooly scarf and glove/mittens.
Why any of you should care about this is completely beyond me, but somehow it's more interesting than how the dinner I cooked tonight went and more socially acceptable than what I think of the way my cousins who just left here with a moving van to take Rachel back to Arkansas talk to each other. Oops. Is my opinion showing through?? If they make it back to Arkansas without pulling over and having a knock down drag out fight, I'll die of shock. I just want pictures of the bruises and dirt before they wash away the evidence.
