I don't know that I want to know.
It's really funny, I believe vehemently that there is no such thing as a right to life and no woman should be forced to guest a resident in her body she doesn't want. Those who disagree are welcome to do so. With their own bodies, not mine. However, that said, I do feel somehow that I have no right once I've said I want kids to perform "quality control" on what I get. Pregnancy is so damn hard on the body, unless someone told me my kid was going to have a horrible birth defect that would kill it slowly so that it could never grow up meanwhile draining all time and resources from any other children we might have I don't think I could choose not to have a child I've carried for 5 months. No can do.
Retardation is not something you abort for, I think. Anyhow, I have some reading to do on this subject. Those of you with constructive opinions, feel free to sound off. (This is not an invitation to strangers and right-to-lifers thanks.)
