For the past week and a half I've been getting these little low level headaches starting around midday. This weekend, I spent Sunday night with a fever of 103 and the sweats to accompany it. Last night was better - way below normal instead of way above, but still literally soaking my sheets with sweat. My tonsils feel like golf balls. Haven't done that since I was a kid.

I am capable of functioning at work, but am exhausted. Mornings are pretty good, but I'm about to have to do two days of business travel with no down time and be required to do a presentation. I have a low level suspicion that this is the sort of infection I get for having a cavity (I've had something similar happen once before) and I don't have a dentist appointment for a month. If this lasts a month I will commit suicide.
