Because they must be seen to do something, the city fathers have started the campaign for good sheep-like behavior in the event of an actual crisis. Inspite of our desire to fetch loved ones or do, in fact, anything at all, we should sit still and wait for instructions. They think this admonishment is actually going to work? Good fucking luck.
