I have problems with flexibility and strength far exceeding the crick in my back. Admittedly almost all of my exercise over the past 2 years has de-emphasized stretching and arm strength in favor of cardio and leg strength, but I'd have thought I could at least acheive a backbend. Eep. I have a strong muscle memory of doing these as a trivial thing.
I didn't hurt myself. I just came up against a strength limitation I hadn't noticed or expected and a tightness down the top of my thigh I can totally do something about. It's just astonishing. When the hell did THAT happen?
